Many thanks to DogPAWS and all the chefs, farmers and volunteers who contributed to Sunday’s “Burger Bash.” In an event very similar to the “Meat” and Greet we hosted last fall, we drew 80 or more guests that wanted to eat well while doing good. I don’t have the final total, but it looks like the people that came out contributed over $1,000 for the dog park project.
The burgers were fresh ground angus from Two Pigs Farm with a freshly made aioli by Chef Scott. On fresh buns from Better Loafing. With salad and herbs from Two Pigs Farm and a couple other farms.
