Winter Harvest Box #7

It’s time for Winter Harvest box #7! The weather has been hard on some of the farmers, but we have a good selection for this week.

Boxes will include the following: Spinach, Beets, Rainbow Carrots, White Potatoes, Butternut Squash, Sweet Potatoes, Dino/Lacinato Kale, Homemade Soap from Zufall Soap Company, Eggs (if ordered) and Tuscan Herb Bread (if ordered).

Try out the recipe below—all the veggies you need are in your box! If you don't like Blue Cheese, you can use Feta or Goat Cheese. And you can use a premade pie crust.
