Collard Greens Recipes
Collard greens are members of the Brassica family with a flavor that is a cross between cabbage and hearty kale, similar to Swiss chard.
Wrap unwashed collard greens in damp paper towels and store in a plastic bag in the crisper drawer of the refrigerator. Remove the tough stems and wash the leaves well before cooking.
Collard greens are typically prepared by braising with aromatics, broth and vinegar until tender. They can also be sautéed or used as wraps. Try the recipes below!
