Kale Recipes
Kale can be enjoyed raw or cooked. Common types are curly kale, dinosaur kale and red Russian kale.
Store kale in a loosely closed bag in the refrigerator and wash thoroughly before using. Although the middle rib of the leaf is edible, many people remove it before cooking or eating.
