Mustard Greens Recipes
Mustard greens are a leafy vegetable in the Brassica family with a distinctive peppery taste. They are extremely healthy—full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals—and are a good source of fiber.
To store, wrap the leaves in a barely damp paper towel and place in an open zip-top plastic bag in the refrigerator crisper drawer.
Mustard greens can be steamed, added to soup, stir-fried, braised or sautéed. The leaves can also be eaten raw in salads if you enjoy their intense flavor. Try the recipes below!
